SHIPPING
In stock:
All international and domestic shipments will be tracked and you will be notified of progress by email. Products may take 3-7 days to arrive at their destination. Beyond these 3-7 days, please contact us through the contact page.
Pre-order:
Pre-order is when you can purchase an in preview product. Delivery time may vary depending on the production and the number of orders received. The estimated production lead time for a pre-order is 1-2 months. Once the products are ready, they will be dispatched as soon as possible. All international and domestic shipments will be tracked and may take 5-7 days to arrive at their destination. Beyond these 5-7 days, please contact us through the contact page.
Our products are shipped through DHL Express with tracking. The shipping fee is not included in the price, we offer free shipping for purchases over £1200.
PAYMENT
All Saalection’s products are payable in pounds and must be paid immediately upon placing the order. Your bank may charge an exchange rate fee. Payment is available through a Credit/Debit card. For Pre-Orders, please refer to these guidelines.
RETURNS POLICY
Regarding the returns policy, items must be returned within a period of 14 days from the day of receiving your order in its original packaging with the tags and unworn condition. Once the product is inspected, the customer will be given the choice between a refund or an exchange.
For pre-orders, exchanges and refunds are not available, please make sure to double-check to confirm sizing and production time before purchasing. You are required to self measure to ensure the sizing is correct. We only allow returns for pre-order products with tags on them, refer below for instructions.
Regarding the products on sale, customers will not be allowed to request a refund or exchange.
For any returns please contact us with your name, order number, and the reason in the contact category on our website.
In case of defective products (does not apply for pre-order), Saalection undertakes to exchange the item. The customer will have to check the condition and conformity of the product or products delivered by Saalection upon receipt of the package within 14 days. Photo proofing is required. We will not accept exchange or return once the tags are removed.
WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has 14 days for a right of withdrawal through our contact category on our website. Beyond these 14 days, consumers will be unable to withdraw.
TAX AND DUTIES
Tax and Duties vary depending on the country of destination. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable charges on delivery.
